NCESD is pleased to have nine area school districts selected to participate in the Teacher Principal Evaluation Project (TPEP) Regional Implementation Grant ESD Consortia for the 2011-12 School Year. The districts selected in North Central Washington include Brewster, Cascade, Cashmere, Chelan, Entiat, Ephrata, Orondo, Quincy and Waterville.

As part of the TPEP Consortia/RIG we will collaborate with the districts and their selected work groups to explore instructional frameworks and develop an evaluation tool to pilot in the 2012-13 school year with 20% of their teachers and all of their building principals.  The RIG will focus on rubric development for the criteria, professional development needs, as well as communication and implementation strategies.
