NCESD provides a variety of services related to Early Childhood including professional development, technical assistance and resources for school districts and staff. 

NCESD is the Local Lead Agency for Early Intervention services in Chelan and Douglas counties providing services to children with disabilities, birth-3 years of age and their families.
