Many NCESD meetings and events take place at the CTC. Please see these CTC directions for assistance.

From the South

Go north on Mission Street to Wenatchee Avenue (Valley North Mall and Dennys).
Continue north on Wenatchee Avenue, crossing the Wenatchee River bridge.
Take the “Easy Street, Penny Road, Olds Station Road” Exit.
Take a Right (East) onto Penny Road.
Take another right (one block) onto Chester Kimm Road.
Take a left onto Olds Station Road.
The new North Central ESD is approximately 1/4 mile on the left (only four-story building around) - 430 Olds Station Road.

From the North (Highway 97A/Chelan)

From Highway 97A, go straight onto Euclid Avenue, under overpass. You will pass the Washington State Apple Commission and the Washington State Patrol office on your right.
Continue south on Euclid Avenue (the road takes a right turn to Penny Road).
Take a left on Euclid Avenue and cross railroad tracks.
The new ESD is approximately 1/4 mile on the right (only four-story building around) - 430 Olds Station Road.

From Highway 2 (Leavenworth)

Take the “East Wenatchee” exit.
At the stop light, turn right onto Easy Street.
Take a left onto Penny Road.
Take another right (one block) onto Chester Kimm Road.
Take a left onto Olds Station Road.

From Highway 97/2 (East Wenatchee)

Go west across Odabashian Bridge (north end bridge).
Take first exit on the right, Entiat/Chelan/Olds Station.
Turn left at stop sign onto Euclid Avenue.
Continue south on Euclid Avenue (the road takes a right turn to Penny Road).
Take a left on Euclid Avenue and cross railroad tracks.
The new North Central ESD is approximately 1/4 mile on the left (only four-story building around) - 430 Olds Station Road.
