Motor Therapy Cooperative
  The Motor Therapy Services are provided through a cooperative of member districts. The Occupational Therapist and the assistants provide direct services to the eligible students in the member districts. The cooperative provides member districts with assessment, development, and implementation of the educational therapy plan. Member districts are provided with in-service and training opportunities.

School Districts in NCESD
 
Deaf/Hard of Hearing Services
  The deaf/hard of hearing services are provided through a cooperative of member districts. Teachers of the deaf and educational sign language interpreters provide consultation, direct instruction to students in the member districts, participate as IEP team members, student evaluations, and equipment maintenance.

Early Intervention Services
  The early intervention program provides Family Resource Coordination of services for eligible infants, toddlers, and their families.
 

Costs:

No charge for FRC services. Some services billed through Private Insurance and Medicaid.

Family Resource Coordinator Training
  The infant/toddler early intervention program through the Department of Social and Health Services requires that Family Resource Coordinators receive a three-day training prior to working with eligible infants and toddlers and their families. The NCESD offer the year 1 and year 2 training for new Family Resource Coordinators

Staff hired to work as Family Resource Coordinators in Chelan, Douglas , Okanogan , and Grant Counties
