The NetServ Department offers area districts a suite of low-cost services relating to management of their internal networks. We aim at offering quality support and service at a competitive price, providing regular maintenance visits with a guaranteed rapid response to network outages.

In its third year, the cooperative has expanded to serve several new districts and now includes a total management package called "It Just Works." Under this program, districts enjoy unlimited on-site support from the department, along with replacement coverage for all district networking hardware, including routers, switches, and servers. When a piece of network hardware breaks or is in need of replacement, it is purchased by the ESD and installed without additional charge to the district.

By implementing either the basic or full coverage plans, NetServ will be able to fully assess, maintain, and monitor your school network, resulting in a solid foundation of reliability and stability.
