Network Support: Basic

 

 Technology support based on an hourly contract. This time can be used for any task relating to servers, email, firewall, spam, or desktops.
 

Costs:

 Plan 1 – 288 hours - $23,040 (6 hours/week, 12 months)
Plan 2 – 144 hours - $11,520 (4 hours/week, 12 month)
Plan 3 – 72 hours – $5,760 (1.5 hours/week, 12 months)
Plan 4 – 48 hours - $3,840 (1 hours/week, 12 months)

Network Support: Full ( 'It Just Works')
  Replacement of your current network servers, firewall, switches, routers, software, etc. This plan includes all the following from the ESD; Assessment, planning, implementation, migration, installation, and configuration of all hardware. The ESD will also replace for 3 years any of the above hardware at no additional charge.

 Plan B - $25,000-$45,000
Plan A - $45,000-$55,000
Plan AA - $55,000-$65,000
Plan AAA - $65,000-$75,000

K-20 Network Support
  NetServ’s Regional Institutional Technical Unit (RITU) is the K-20 Network point of contact for problem identification (Data and Video) for the 28 districts within NCESD. The RITU assists in assessing problems within a district as well as working with KOCO (K-20 Operations Co-operative) to determine if the problem is within the K-20 network.
