Rosemary Tiffany Honored at Teacher of the Year Reception

Rosemary Tiffany from Lewis and Clark Elementary in Wenatchee was honored as the NCESD Regional Teacher of the Year at a reception held at the Governor's Mansion on April 14th. The Teacher of the Year program is part of a nationwide initiative to honor and recognize exceptional elementary and secondary classroom educators. Congratulations to Rosemary for this honor bestowed on her by her fellow educators!
