Quincy Student, Nespelem Superintendent Visit Washington, D.C.

Katy Higgins, Quincy High School Sophomore accompanied her father, Nespelem School District Superintendent Bill Higgins, to Washington, D.C. as he lobbied for Federally Impacted Schools along with the National Association of Federally Impacted Schools delegates. Katy presented Senator Patty Murray and Rep. Doc Hastings with t-shirts from her school.
