"Friend of Children" Award Nominations Being Accepted Until April 15th

The North Central ESD “Friend of Children” Award was created in 1992 to honor individuals, businesses, or service clubs for their contributions benefiting children and improving the quality of life for families within the ESD’s 12,000 square mile service area. This prestigious award reflects the long-standing commitment to children and dedication to education demonstrated by deserving recipients.

Recipients receive a large engraved plaque and have their names recorded on a permanent plaque in the Large Group Room of the ESD for everyone to see. They are honored at the ESD Staff Award Banquet held on May 19 at the Red Lion, and invitations are extended to their friends and families to attend and honor them, as well.
