Our mission for the 2024 STEM Summit is to empower and inspire teachers and educational leaders to promote and advance STEM education. We aim to provide a dynamic platform for the exchange of ideas, best practices, and cutting-edge techniques. 🚀

You’re invited to join us Monday, August 19 to Wednesday, August 21 for the 2024 STEM Summit at the Wenatchee Convention Center! The STEM Summit provides professional learning opportunities for teachers and educational staff members in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics taught by experts and specialists in their fields.

Are you interested in presenting at the 2024 STEM Summit in Wenatchee, WA?

The STEM Summit is an opportunity for you to share your knowledge and expertise in STEM Education with other educators! Every year we welcome presenters from districts and organizations across the state and nation. Here’s a little taste of the learning strands (topics) you can expect to see at this year’s Summit: Career & Technical Education (CTE), Career Connected Learning, Engineering, Early Learning, Math, Science, Computer Science/AI, EdTech, STEM Inclusion, and more.

All presenters get free tickets to attend the entire Summit!

The annual STEM Summit empowers teachers and educational leaders to promote and advance STEM education in the K-12 setting. There are various ways businesses and organizations can engage during the conference. Partners will have the opportunity to connect with the 500 attendees over the course of 3-days during the in-person STEM Summit at the Wenatchee Convention Center on August 19-21, 2024.

Additional Information About Vendor Tables/Booths

Vendors are expected to have a representative at their booth:

  • Monday, August 19 (7:30am – 2:30pm)
  • Tuesday, August 20 (7:30am – 2:30pm)
  • Wednesday, August 21 (7:30am – 1:00pm).

Vendors will be able to set up their booth on Sunday, August 18. More details for those who register.

Attendee Raffle:

We will be doing a raffle for attendees during lunch on Wednesday, August 21. All vendors are asked to donate a product or service for this and will be able to deliver their “give-away” directly to the winning educator. Vendors are responsible for collecting raffle tickets at their booth throughout the Summit.

  • How do I see what sessions are available this year?
    • The schedule for the 2024 Summit will be released by May 2024. Stay tuned!
  • Can I get partial clock hours, or do I need to purchase for the entire Summit?
    • You can purchase only what you need. We will mark you attended based on attendance at each session. You will then get a notification from pdEnroller and can purchase you customized clock hours. This can take up to 4 weeks after the STEM Summit to complete.
  • Will the sessions be recorded?
    • No sessions will be recorded during the 2024 STEM Summit. This is an in-person event
  • How can I learn about past Summits?
    • You can see information and resources from past sessions by visiting the SCHED page for each event: 2023, 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018.
