Deep dive into food waste mitigation with Pacific Education Institute and other Climetime partners!

What was the last thing you ate? Did you eat it all? And where did the waste go? Learn about the Solutions Oriented Learning Storyline format, which includes:

  • Centering Indigenous perspectives
  • Local anchoring phenomena
  • Culturally responsive practices
  • NGSS three-dimensional student growth measures
  • Solutions-oriented approach to drawing down greenhouse gases with opportunities to elevate student voices in their communities

This workshop is part of a series of activities that include: (2) two-hour synchronous virtual sessions (register for one cohort), and two-hours of asynchronous work.

Participants who attend both sessions and complete all work will receive: 6 Washington State approved STEM clock hours, a $200 participation stipend, and the opportunity to each an additional $100 implementation stipend.
