Regional Elementary Special Education Cohort Meeting

Join the NCESD for monthly virtual regional cohort meetings for special education elementary teachers. This is a place for K-6 resources and life skills educators to learn, ask questions, connect, and share resources with other teachers in the North Central Washington region.

Instructional Leaders Network

Connect with other Instructional Coaches, Content Leaders, and Administrators from around our region to build your coaching expertise, leadership capacities, and implementation science knowledge. We will follow an implementation cycle to discuss current problems of practice and plan for improvement.

Science In Our Valley: Data Literacy

Science in Our Valley seminars run every Wednesday starting September 28 and ending November 16. All events are free and open to the public at the WSU Tree Fruit Research & Extension Center (1100 N Western Ave, Wenatchee) from 4pm to 5pm. Prior registration is not required to attend these events.

Cyber Meetup – October 2022

Join us for our monthly Cyber Meetup events! These events are designed for business, education, technology, and community partners to come together for collaborative learning and discussion on technology topics. Every event features a short presentation from a technology professional, discussion, and time for networking.

Climate Science: Voices of Hope

As we researched the enormous impact of climate change, we found so many voices of hope in how people around the world are addressing it. Come to this BRAND-NEW 3-day class offering and leave with the following: an NTC Project GLAD® unit with technology connections, science investigations supporting NTC GLAD® input charts, an amazing action plan that empowers students to make changes, helping our planet, and more!

Okanogan County College & Career Expo

The College & Career Expos are great events for high school students, college students, and recent graduates! At the event educators and local industry professionals come together to introduce students to work experiences that engage, train and inspire them for the 21st-century workforce that is in demand by regional employers.

Electricity Production in Washington State for Secondary Students Teacher Training

Middle and High School Virtual Teacher Training. The course is designed to engage students in learning how decisions are made while considering tradeoffs and stakeholders. Students learn about various forms of energy production and formulate which form of energy best meets the needs for Dakota Brown, a fictitious environmental engineer looking to relocate to a new state.
