General Description:

The Social Worker position will be split between supporting The Bridge Day Treatment Center and Moving All to Success & Health (MASH) Program. This role will provide direct support and consultation for students, families, and school teams, addressing complex behaviors, trauma, attachment concerns, and socioeconomic barriers. The Social Worker will maintain a caseload, participate in IEP and team meetings, coordinate services with families and community partners, and collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams. This position may involve both in-person and virtual support, with occasional travel as needed. This position is based in Moses Lake, Washington.

Salary Range:

  • $85,934.00 – $102,152.00 (level 1)
  • $90,863.00 – $108,006.00 (level 2)

Salary based on a 191-day position. Salary range dependent upon experience and expertise.
