NCESD to host “Engaging Challenging Conversations” training

The North Central Educational Service District (NCESD) is hosting an event titled “Engaging Challenging Conversations” next month. The training is free and open to the public with registration.

The event, held either November 12-13, 2019 or February 12-13, 2020 is an interactive two-day seminar designed to introduce a framework for understanding the dynamics of difficult conversations, along with strategies for improving personal and organizational effectiveness. Participants will increase their self-awareness and confidence in conflict situations and learn about the ingredients of conflict, mastering emotions and behavior, and staying curious about what motivates others as they practice the skills needed for approaching their own difficult conversations.

Both events will be held at Sage Hills Church in Wenatchee and will be led by Greg Abell of Sound Options Group, LLC.

Greg is the founder and principal of Sound Options Group, LLC and oversees the design and implementation of all services. Interpersonal relationships lie at the core of everything Greg does, and he especially enjoys helping organizations design systems to engage conflict with curiosity and optimism.

Registration is now open at:
