Overview
This two-hour professional learning opportunity is for instructional paraeducators, K-12. Participants will deepen their understanding of the Fundamental Course of Study (FCS) requirements, specifically including 2 of the required 28 units of study hours that align with the FCS learning objectives.
Objectives:
- To be able to gain knowledge and skills aligned to the FCS and meet applicable para educator standards
- Define proactive approaches to student behavior management and de-escalation strategies
