Overview

Do you have a student who has wondered what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to building our highways? Students are invited to explore in-demand positions with Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to see what careers are needed to make America’s highway infrastructure a success! All students grades 6-12 and college are welcome!

Career Opportunities we will be exploring:

  • Surveyor
  • Design Engineers and Technicians
  • Traffic Engineers and Technicians
  • Environmental Scientists and Engineers
