About July’s Event
Drew Abercrombie, NetServ Systems Technician, North Central ESD
Drew will be discussing Endpoint and IoT defense including a brief overview, potential threats to your organization, and ways to help mitigate the risk.
Drew has been working in tech, professionally, for 12 years. He started working at the NCESD in 2016, and previously worked for a local MSP. He started as a desktop tech, serving both NCESD staff and school districts. He led the NCESD team on the AV console when NCESD switched AV providers, and has been managing/maintaining that console for all districts the agency supports with AV contracts. He joined the Systems team at the NCESD in the beginning of 2021 and currently helps manage servers as well as MDM and firewall tasks.
