About June’s Event

Martin Straub

Have you recently been offered or attempted to add cybersecurity liability coverage to your insurance policy? Come to this month’s meetup to find out more about cybersecurity insurance.

Martin and Michael will help you explore some of these questions:

  • Is cybersecurity insurance worthwhile?
  • What is being asked in application questionnaires and how to respond?
  • What protections are available?
  • What happens if you experience an incident?

Martin Straub, Principal, SimplePowerIT

Martin has 20+ years of experience developing, building, and maintaining frustration-free technology solutions. After moving to NCW in 2001, he served as the Technology Director for the local CPA firm, Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC. Although primarily focused on their internal network needs, he discovered a passion for solving client technology challenges. As a result, in 2013 he founded SimplePowerIT to focus exclusively on delivering frustration-free technology solutions to NCW businesses and nonprofits.

Michael Noyd, President, Noyd & Noyd Insurance Agency

Mike Noyd has been in the insurance business for 30 years and brings a unique perspective with firsthand experience in many types of business including real estate, property management, restaurant, mortgage, development, and more.
