North Central ESD staff are passionate about education and prioritize the value of leading with equity, passion and integrity. We seek to employ a diverse, skilled workforce that reflects the students, families and communities we serve. In addition to hiring, training, and retaining NCESD’s own staff, the Human Resources team assists school districts with a wide range of support, as well as assist with employee relations, professional development, and training.

Ten Okanogan County school districts gathered on April 14, 2025 for the 40th Annual Excellence Awards Banquet at the Omak Performing Arts Center. The annual awards event celebrates the accomplishments of Classified and Certified school district staff. Nominated and selected by their peers and school leadership teams, these dedicated educators have committed their careers to supporting students' learning and growth.

Apple STEM Network Announces Regional Data Center Summits

Students Showcase Artwork at 46th Annual Regional High School Art Show

The annual Regional High School Art Show opened at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center on Friday, March 7. This year’s Art Show showcases over 150 pieces submitted by students from North Central Washington schools, with the “Best in Show” selections advancing to statewide competition in Olympia.
