KidsHealth in the Classroom offers free health education resources for PK-12, all aligned with National Health Education Standards. KidsHealth is the most visited site on the internet for information about health, behavior, and development from before birth through the teen years.

KidsHealth in the Classroom has a variety of resources to help youth grasp foundational concepts. Resources are aligned with National Health Education Standards and are connected with For Kids Stress articles. Resources include:

• Student pages
• Extension activities
• Minimum instruction time
  • Grades K to 2 – 75 minutes
  • Grades 3 to 5 – three hours
  • Grades 6 to 8 – 40 minutes + 4-week log
  • Grades 9 to 12 – two hours

Educators can adjust the length and complexity of these lessons for the grade levels of their students!
