A great event for high school students, college students, and recent graduates!

At the event educators and local industry professionals come together to introduce students to work experiences that engage, train and inspire them for the 21st-century workforce that is in demand by regional employers.

In addition to connecting with colleges and industry professionals, students who attend the expos will get to engage in hands-on work based activities, explore workplace tools and equipment and learn from real job descriptions. Students will also be granted access to a “digital lobby experience” that includes participating exhibitor contact information for future reference.

We encourage high schools and teachers to consider sending their students to this event to assist with their career exploration! If you are a school administrator or teacher and would like to learn more about the benefits of sending your students to this event, please contact Tami McBride at the NCESD.

Join us as an exhibitor & connect with students from NCW!

The NCW College & Career Expos are a great opportunity for regional educational institutions and businesses to connect with young adults from across Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan and Grant Counties.

Businesses, educational institutions, training programs, and student support services are all encouraged to participate at the event as exhibitors. Exhibitors are able to attend any or all events. During the expo, exhibitors will need to provide a hands-on activity such as or allowing students to try on gear/uniforms, displaying tools or equipment used in the workplace and/or providing real job descriptions for review. Participating students will have the ability to explore different booths and connect with exhibitors of interest.

There is no cost for organizations and companies to participate in just one expo or multiple expos, but exhibitors are required to have at least one representative available at the booth for the entire duration of the event. Exhibitors will also be provided a digital booth to share resources with students and display programs and future job opportunities.

Frequently Asked Questions for Exhibitors
