We seek to employ a diverse, skilled workforce that reflects the students, families and communities we serve. In addition to hiring, training, and retaining NCESD’s own staff, the Human Resources team assists school districts with a wide range of support, as well as assist with employee relations, professional development, and training.

New Dual-Credit Natural Resources Program from the Colville Tribes Connects Students to Culture, Careers, and College
A powerful partnership between the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, local school districts, Wenatchee Valley College, and North Central ESD has resulted in a new series of dual-credit natural resources courses designed to prepare students for in-demand careers.

All students deserve access to education that prepares them for the real world, and Career and Technical Education programs play an important role in providing opportunities for students to explore future careers. NCESD supports districts in building and maintaining strong CTE programs.
